Mobile marketing is changing rapidly.  Long gone are the days when App Store Optimization was the most important (and only) tactic.
Today, mobile marketers need to deploy an array of tactics that span the entire customer journey.  From acquisition to retention, engagement and loyalty – not only do these tactics require strategy, but also human capital and investment in new tools.
To better understand the current landscape, mParticle surveyed a number of the leading app marketers.
