This week, GMIC brought the global mobile ecosystem to Silicon Valley for three days of thought provoking presentations on the industry’s hottest topics at their annual conference in the Bay Area. GMIC SV has become Silicon Valley’s largest mobile conference, drawing thousands of mobile leaders from over 60 countries.
GMIC SV was held from September 28-30th the Hyatt Regency in the heart of downtown San Francisco. Keynotes included John Skulley, former CEO of Apple and the co-founder of Obi Mobile, and Sheng Fu, the CEO of Cheetah Mobile. Over 150 speakers from tech companies in the United States and Asia spoke on topics ranging from Internet of Things to the future of mobile.
GMIC Silicon Valley also included the conference’s first summit on diversity in tech. The Disrupting Diversity in Tech Summit kicked off with three discussions: Silicon Valley Women in Technology, Why Tech Needs Moms, and a Fireside Chat with Chen Levanon (CEO, ClicksMob).
