PR Summit 2014: 5 Easy Steps into Turning Viral Views into Lasting Fans

Meg Rahner June 17, 2014

Last week at the Searchmetrics’ conference, Jason Miller of LinkedIn said “Don’t confuse virality with relevance.” Virality is often a major goal of content, but how do you captivate your audience and bring them back to your site? The PR Summit is hosting a panel discussion today to address this question in the PR / Marketing community, in a panel called “5 Easy Steps into Turning Viral Views into Lasting Fans.” In this discussion, audience members will:

1. Learn how to create viral content that people want to share.
2. Create content that sparks interest, virality and results.
3. Worried about the fear of failure? This session will show you how to deliver quality attention to your clients, and spark interest in their brand.
4. Using ‘Emotion’ as Data

The moderator is Johna Burke (Sr. Vice President, BurrellesLuce). Panelists are Adam Singer (Analytics Advocate, Google), David Burrows (VP Corporate Marketing & PR, Cinsay, Inc.) and Chuck Baker (Founder, Blazestage).
