Google recently released a 2nd edition of The Mobile Playbook. The 2nd edition of the The Mobile Playbook covers the some of the latest best practices for mobile. The playbook addresses 5 major topics executives should thinking about with regards to mobile and their organization. The 5 topics are: how mobile affects their value proposition, how mobile affect their digital destination, how the organization is structured to adapt to mobile, how marketing is responding to mobile, and lastly, how multi-screen audiences are connecting with mobile.
As one of the leaders in mobile, Google is making an effort to help other organizations get up to speed on the latest trends and practices. That the talk around around mobile is not so much whether companies should focus on mobile, it’s more of an issue on how to do it. The playbook features major stories from the VP of Digital of Sprint, high level execs from Toys ‘R’ Us and Best Buy, major media agencies like Horizon, and more.
